All drivers and collection personnel are also fully DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked. Many of our suppliers also hold BSEN 15713, CPNI accreditation (security shredding standard) and are therefore approved to manage the shredding of classified Government documents.

What is off site shredding?

Off-site shredding is exactly what the name suggests – we shred your items away from your office premises. Shredding can be a great way to condense down a variety of office waste, as well as safely dispose of those that are more confidential and brand-critical. Taking confidential waste disposal off-site allows your space to be tidy and free of waste – following the ‘out of sight, out of mind’ rule.

All our confidential waste disposal partners hold ISO 9000 (quality management standard) and ISO 14000 (environmental management standard) accreditations

and are members of the BSIA (British Security Industry Association).

How does off-site shredding work?

For our off-site collection, we supply bags or bins (with a lockable option if required) for you to deposit your items into and one of security vetted staff will come to collect.

At this point, before we leave your site, you will be given a Waste Transfer Note that confirms what we’ve taken away for shredding. This gives you total assurance that your confidential data won’t be compromised. This is then taken to our depot site, where our machinery is kept. Once this has arrived at our depot, the secure shredding will occur.
