Reconomy signs up to The Armed Forces Covenant.

Telford-based waste management and resource-led service provider, Reconomy, has reaffirmed its commitment to being an armed forces-friendly organisation by signing The Armed Forces Covenant.

The Armed Forces Covenant is a pledge to acknowledge and understand that those who serve, or who have served in the armed forces, together with their families, should be treated with fairness and respect. Reconomy is proud to recognise the value that serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families bring to both its business and the wider community. By signing the Covenant, Reconomy will support the employment of reservists and veterans along with their families.

This announcement is the latest activity being driven by Reconomy’s ground-breaking social value programme, RSVP, which supports the company’s objective to be the leading sustainable business in its sector and create a purposeful culture within the company.
