Reconomy achieves Achilles UVDB Verify Category B2 accreditation

Reconomy is pleased to announce that following a detailed auditing process, the company has been awarded Achilles UVDB Verify Category B2 accreditation. The accreditation pre-qualifies Reconomy as an approved waste management services provider to businesses and organisations operating across the utilities sector. The Achilles UVDB (Utilities Vendor Database) is used as a quality benchmark for numerous utilities companies, allowing them to better manage their supply chain risks and ensure compliance with EU procurement regulations.To achieve the Achilles UVDB Verify Category B2 accreditation, Reconomy was required to undergo an extensive audit at the company’s head offices in Telford, which included assessing its approach to health and safety, the environment and quality of service.Reconomy Chief Executive, Paul Cox, said: “Achilles UVDB is a highly sought-after accreditation that is widely used by buyers and compliance representatives within the utilities sector.
