Reconomy Team Takes to the Field

To mark the end of the domestic football season, a Reconomy XI has taken on a team of Supply Chain Partners at the Molineux Stadium in Wolverhampton. 
For the last three years Reconomy has been proud shirt sponsors of Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club. As a reward for this longstanding support, for one night only Reconomy was handed the keys to the Molineux Stadium to host a Play on the Pitch’ event.
The match featured a team of Reconomy’s fittest (and not so fit) football stars, who squared off against an all-star team assembled from Reconomy’s suppliers, including BioMarsh, AR Richards, JBT, Bailey Skip Hire, Busch and Search Consultancy.
In what was a very close and tense game, the Supplier XI just came out on top, beating Reconomy 4-3 on the night. 
Manging Director of Reconomy, Paul Cox, said: “I’d like to thank all the players and supporters for taking part in what has been a hugely entertaining evening.”
