At the same time we have been balancing the continuity of essential waste management services for our customers, many of them in key sectors managing the impact of the virus – supermarkets, food distribution, care homes – and construction, which the Government has been urging to continue to this point.
Over half of all Reconomy group employees, who were already set up to work from home, have been doing so. Over the past two weeks, our dedicated IT team have been working at incredible pace to also mobilise remote working for our various customer service teams.
As of yesterday – 25th March – all Reconomy group offices are closed for normal business activity, but our customers are still able to contact our remote teams in exactly the same ways as normal – using all the regular phone numbers and email addresses you are used to.
If for some reason you have any difficulties reaching us on your normal channels then please send your enquiry to sales@reconomy.com and we’ll process it from there.
A huge thanks to our IT team for their hard work in getting our remote service teams fully operational. We are really proud of the effort and commitment of all of our colleagues across the Reconomy
Group through what has been a rapidly changing and challenging time.
We wish the best of health to you and those around you.
