Reconomy has further strengthened its executive management team by promoting Lyndsey Denning, currently Head of HR, to Director of Group HR and appointing her to the operating board.
Joining Reconomy in 2013, initially as HR & Training Manager, Lyndsey developed and established the HR function and has been fundamental in the successful growth of the business over the subsequent years. Lyndsey has worked in HR for 14 years, spending 7 years working at a PLC in the leisure and hospitality industry as a Regional HR Manager prior to arriving at Reconomy. She is fully CIPD qualified with an MA in HR Management.
Reconomy CEO, Paul Cox, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Lyndsey to the board in her new role. She has been instrumental in developing and maintaining Reconomy’s culture through our recent years of significant growth. Our people are of paramount importance, and Lyndsey has been steadfastly dedicated to creating an environment where everyone in the Reconomy family can grow and develop. We’re proud of our track record of internal promotion and this is a great example of the progression opportunities the expanding Reconomy Group can offer”
