Leadership & Management Programme Launched

Reconomy has proudly launched its first ever Leadership & Management Programme, designed to find the “Leaders of Tomorrow”, by shaping key individuals into successful managers and leaders for our growing business.
The 18 month programme is focused on building management competencies to provide trainees with a complete 360 degree experience of our business operations. Upon successful completion of the programme, each trainee will take up a role best suited to their talents, as identified throughout the programme.
The four successful candidates will now undertake an intensive work based learning programme and a formal ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) accredited classroom based educational programme delivered by Reconomy’s appointed training partners DTC associates.
