Reconomy appointed as preferred supplier to SKANSKA UK for Waste Management

Helping Skanska to remove and recycle its site waste, Reconomy ““ the UK’s leading outsourced waste management and recycling company, has been selected as a preferred supplier, tasked with carrying out waste management procedures for the company over a five-year period.
Delivering containerised waste solutions across Skanska UK, the five-year framework agreement is worth a potential £8 million per annum and will help Skanska streamline its entire waste and recycling supply chain, whilst delivering significant benefits in consolidation and analysis of management reporting.
Reconomy’s core business philosophy is based on the segregation of waste streams to optimise landfill diversion and provide financial management and reduction techniques that bring down the overall cost of waste for the customer.
