Reconomy CEO, Paul Cox reaches the finals of the prestigious Lloyds Bank National Business Awards
Reconomy Group CEO, Paul Cox has been shortlisted for the Inflexion Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the prestigious 2020 Lloyds Bank National Business Awards. Previous winners of a National Business Award include fitness sensation Joe Wicks, Timpson CEO James Timpson OBE, DPD UK, Hotel Chocolat, dementia newspaper Daily Sparkle and online fast fashion success story Missguided.
Reconomy, head-quartered in Telford, is the UK’s leading provider of outsourced waste management and recycling services, working with companies across the housebuilding, construction, infrastructure and commercial sectors. Their technology-enabled approach and ambitious acquisition strategy, spearheaded by Paul Cox, has seen Reconomy’s turnover almost triple to £325m in the last three years – with six companies joining the group since December 2018 when Valpak were acquired, creating a new packaging-compliance division.
