RecoTek: Our innovation engine

RecoTek, our technology and product engineering hub in Bucharest, Romania, is a key driver of business value.

Since launching in 2023, RecoTek has:

  • Integrating our online returns product with our Re-use Loop, now used by major global retainers and e-commerce provider, Shopify
  • Released new APIs for our Vector warehouse management platform
  • Launched a verification app as part of our portfolio to support retailers in implementing DRSs
  • Supported operations of one of Germany’s leading DRSs, providing the core technology platform that manages the logistics value chain.
  • Driven global enhancements to our Finance and CRM platforms

With over 120 employees and an expanding footprint, RecoTek is the nucleus of our product innovation, enabling us to scale rapidly and reduce outsourcing dependencies.

Data that powers circular compliance

Through our Comply Loop, we’re helping customers prepare for evolving regulations like EPR. In 2024, we launched ComplyData, a next-gen data platform built on scalable cloud tech.

Launching globally in 2025, this solution will consolidate multiple platforms, automate compliance logic, and provide a unified source of truth for EPR tracking, ensuring readiness, wherever you operate.
